Enter her flesh and blood daughter whom she's emotionally battered and cocooned for 21 years. Needles to say, when mummy is ill, I rush to her side like a mutt with a slightly higher IQ than our deceased pet. And so I return. I need not tell you that I’m still hung up and which purse to bring. Surgery being on the 13th, I’ll have to book a bus ticket soon.
